By agreeing to use our services, you acknowledge that our products are custom-made and subject to specific design and material choices that are approved by the client before production begins.

3. Customization and Design Approval

Before commencing any project, a detailed design consultation will be conducted to determine the specifications, materials, and customizations required. A comprehensive design proposal will be submitted for your review and approval. It is the client’s responsibility to review all aspects of the design carefully, including dimensions, material choices, and finishes.

Once the design is approved by the client:

• No Changes: Any changes requested after approval may result in additional fees and delays.

• No Returns or Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our products, no returns or refunds will be accepted once production has started.

4. Payment Terms and Financing Options

Full payment or an agreed-upon deposit is required before any production work begins. We offer various financing options to accommodate your needs, including:

• PayPal Credit

• Afterpay

• Klarna

• Affirm

These financing options may offer flexibility in payment schedules, and some may not require a credit check. Please note that financing terms are subject to approval by the third-party provider and are governed by their respective terms and conditions.

5. Production and Delivery Timelines

The estimated timeline for production and delivery will be provided once the design has been approved and the payment has been processed. While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to supply chain issues, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. IBR Marine is not liable for delays outside of our control, but we will communicate any changes in the timeline promptly.

6. Quality Assurance and Product Warranty

All products are manufactured using high-quality, American-made materials. We are committed to ensuring that our products meet the highest industry standards. Our Form Decking service comes with a 10-year warranty, covering:

• Manufacturing defects

• Issues related to material integrity

• Premature wear (under normal usage conditions)

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper installation (if not installed by IBR Marine)

• Neglect, misuse, or lack of maintenance

• Normal wear and tear due to environmental exposure

For other products, we offer a 2-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

7. Maintenance Guidelines

To maintain the integrity and appearance of your custom marine interiors, we provide maintenance instructions specific to each product. Following these guidelines is essential to preserve the warranty. Failure to adhere to the maintenance recommendations may void the warranty coverage.

8. Cancellations and Order Changes

You may cancel your order before production begins. However, once production has started, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued. Changes to the design after approval are subject to additional fees and may impact the production timeline.

9. Limitation of Liability

IBR Marine’s total liability is limited to the cost of the product or service purchased. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of use

• Loss of revenue

• Costs related to repairs or replacements not authorized by IBR Marine

10. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, drawings, and materials provided by IBR Marine are the intellectual property of IBR Marine. These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any purpose other than the project for which they were created without our express written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

IBR Marine reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
